Join the TU Delft Campus sports classes for free, and encourage your own and your colleagues’ health. Mingle with new people and end your workday with a positive mindset.

Pilates is a method for training the entire body, developed last century by Joseph Pilates. Pilates evenly relaxes and strengthens the entire body with exercises that start from the core (the deep abdominal and back muscles that connect the spine, pelvis and shoulders).
