Sport class: Pilates

Join the TU Delft Campus sports classes for free, and encourage your and your colleagues’ health. Mingle with new people and end your workday with a positive mindset.
Pilates is a method for training the entire body, developed last century by Joseph Pilates. Pilates evenly relaxes and strengthens the entire body with exercises that start from the core (the deep abdominal and back muscles that connect the spine, pelvis and shoulders).
The sports classes will be a pilot, which we aim to provide on a weekly basis at the same time and same place, until the end of the year. When successful we would like to continue these activities in the new year.
