If you or any team member have a registered entity at the KvK or a foreign equivalent, provide this information as well. How are you going to combine the startup of your company with finishing your studies at TU Delft?

In this section try to answer questions such as: What problem does your product solve? Describe the product. What is it and what does it do (differently)? What is the current status of the product (Idea, Proof of concept, Prototype, etc.)? Why are you creating this product (what is your motivation)?
In this section try to answer questions such as: What is the novelty of your idea? How is your product different from current solutions to the problem you solve? What is the patent position of your idea? Have you talked to IP specialists? How and where did you generate your idea and how is it connected to the TU Delft?
In this section try to answer questions such as: Who is going to buy your product? Why will they buy it, what problem does your idea solve?
In this section try to answer questions such as: Is there already any competition in the marketplace? Why would customers buy your product instead of that of the competition?
In this section try to answer questions such as: If applicable: Describe the composition and background of your team and the roles they would play? What characteristics make your team especially suitable for developing this idea? Which skills are you currently missing in your team that might hinder you from developing this idea further?
In this section try to answer questions such as: Have you been in contact with any potential customers, if so what feedback did you get? If not, why? What actions have you undertaken to validate your idea? What would be the next step to go to market?
In this section try to answer questions such as: How do you intend to make money if your idea proves successful?

Please make a financial plan to state how you are going to spend the Startup Voucher (granted amounts can not to be spent on salaries, only services with invoices by entities registered at the KvK or a foreign equivalent are eligible costs). If you need more than EUR 2500 to complete your product, describe where the additional funding will come from. *To avoid the risk of having to (partially) repay the Startup Voucher after completing the project, significant deviations from the proposed budget should be submitted for approval by TU Delft.
