A strong team culture is the foundation for successful collaboration. But culture doesn’t just happen — it’s built through understanding, trust, and the way people work together. This session focuses on what makes a good team and what culture is, how it can influence the way your company works and how you can foster it. The second half of the session zooms in on how to collaborate better by understanding some psychology basics through a simple model used in companies worldwide.
