Oldelft Ultrasound develops and manufactures equipment for medical ultrasound diagnostics. They spent 10 years at the Delfttechpark, but this location became too small for their operation.

The new head office at 10 Heertjeslaan on the TU Delft Campus allows Oldelft to grow further and optimize their R&D and production areas. They are also looking forward to successfully expanding their collaboration with TU Delft.

What has been built:

The nature-inclusive circular building has a surface area of ​​3,840m² lfa and is delivered with a BREAAM Excellent certificate. The building has been designed in such a way that flexibility for both existing and new processes and interaction between employees and departments can be optimally utilized.

Planning

Construction started at the end of 2019 and completion took place in March 2021.

Parties involved

The office was developed by cepezedprojects, cepezed and cepezedinterior made the design and cepezedbouwteam is leading the implementation.

Owner and manager of the building is a.s.r. real estate on behalf of the ASR Dutch Science Park Fund.

Facts & Figures

A combination of office, production and R&D facilities. In addition to BREEAM Excellent certificate, the building is also equipped with 295 PV panels.
